Farage of course was also accused by multiple former classmates of being overtly racist and antisemitic.

He also has said that his favourite politician was notorious racist Enoch Powell.

And he echoed the ghosts of Nazi Germany with his hideous 'BREAKING POINT' poster, unveiled the morning that Jo Cox was murdered.
Where he whipped up fears of queues of black and brown people lining up to get into Britain because we were in the EU.
Despite no EU country having a majority non-white population.

So it's no wonder he's now been caught on tape defending a racist election candidate by ITV's undercover journalists.

It absolutely can't be a few bad apples, as Reform keeps claiming.
This is all from the top down. When you look at the big players in Reform and how they behave, it's no wonder that people who would traditionally have been closet BNP voters are flocking to them and being more open about their racism.

Sarah Pochin wasn't disciplined or required to apologise after she said that the sight of TV adverts with black and Asian people drove her mad.

Richard Tice tried to pre-empt the ITV investigation by suggesting that the stuff they would broadcast are things most people would hear in casual conversation.

Honest Bob Jenrick said it upset him that he didn't see another white face in an area of Birmingham. Reform welcomed his defection.

Nigel Farage himself was accused of frequently using the N-word by UKIP founder Alan Sked. He also attended a lunch with former BNP policy director Mark Deavin and convicted bomber Tony Lecomber after Deavin's racism was uncovered and he was expelled from UKIP.

Sked not only tried to have Farage expelled. He also pointed out that the statement that UKIP are an anti-racist party disappeared from the membership application form once Farage took over.

When Nigel Farage said there was "no room for racists in Reform", do you think perhaps he simply meant that they had enough already?
And they needed to leave space for the misogynists, homophobes, transphobes, ableists, and nonce cases as well?

How is anyone surprised that they attract racists?
Lee Anderson was accepted as a defection after he refused to apologise for making racist remarks against Sadiq Khan, and then even accused him of "playing the race card" when he was called out on it.

Somewhere along this street, unknown to me,
behind a maze of apple trees and stars,
he rises in the small hours, finds a book
and settles at a window or a desk
to see the morning in, alone for once,
unnamed, unburdened, happy in himself…

"Right now, too much time is wasted in those dramas. It consumes too much energy"

Burnham being pretty dismissive of the concerns of the Scottish people. Know your place, Jocks, an English Overlord has spoken! It's not about a country wanting the right to choose for itself, or about democracy, nope, it's a "drama".

Fuck. Right. Off.

Oh, & by the way, Andy, you're not Northern really, we are, in the country you're so dismissive of.

There's a petition calling on the council to protect Summerhall as an arts venue - the owners are planning to demolish part of the site, developing flats and more student accommodation.

(Cos what Edinburgh really needs is more student accommodation...)
