  it's interesting, I was talking to my son on the way to school this morning about how special it was to watch this full moon rise before bed and then watch it set after we woke up. Told him it seemed important somehow, that this is likely the midway point between autumn and winter—the in between space that isn't quite either; strange things happen in that time, there is a thinness. I told him we would make soul cakes this weekend too, and make a meal for our ancestors. then I saw two eagles...
