It looks like Debian stable security just got it as well, but it hasn't trickled out to other repos as far as I can tell.

sudo apt update
and
sudo apt install -y php

@stinerman @veronica Thanks for that! It was telling me I was on the latest version until I changed `install` to `upgrade`. I’m not a sysadmin, but I play one on TV.
