Progress is being made on @mosscap, the friendly #RailsFork!

We have just merged successful independently running CI configurations for the forked `mosscap-support`, `mosscap-http` (ex actionpack), `mosscap-model` and `mosscap-view` gems. So, now everything is green, we can really start working on those at pace. 🎉

`mosscap-record` needs eyes fresher than mine on a bad MySQL config, but that just leaves us with `mosscap-core` (ex railties), which is the trickiest one.
