As I surely mentioned before, I nearly became one of Hasan's victims, because I was supposed to be in that building, at the time of his rampage.

How did I escape? By chucking stupid bureaucracy away and ignoring idiotic stamp-here requirements to leave post for another duty station.

When bureaucracy is so bloated not even bureaucrats can keep track,finding cracks to slide through is NOT hard.
