Whats the matter with all this build systems that depend on some sort of yaml in a git repo. If you have a system that should be build in a certain way or even systems. You want to have the same steps everywhere. Security Scan -> unittest -> build -> upload artifact -> do a deployment -> dynamic scans against a test system. Why do we have to implement most of the steps all the time. There is only build and unittest and maybe how to start the app diffrent everything else is always the same. #unpopular opinion
