It's 6 pages/16 megabytes of type-written hand-illustrated essay on the experience of pain, bread, paint, with a dollop of hyperfocus on "what's important".

Content warnings: graphic descriptions of physical and mental health issues, reference to suicide, pretty clouds on the paper, terrible doodles, holes in the paper that can't be seen on the scan
