Release of RTL8127 chip gave quite cheap 10GbE cards with RJ-45 copper port. PCIe x1 lane is all you need (10Gbps in 4.0 port, 7-8Gbps in 3.0 one).

We still need to wait for cheap 8x 10GbE RJ-45 switches ;(
