Bit o real talk here folks. The brain stuff is really unsettling.

To lose most of my access to language, and interpersonal skills (something about not being able to make nuanced decisions on the fly, or have social energy) when I have some kind of an immune flare is weirdly isolating, and vulnerable (literally not being able to speak for myself). And the emotional whiplash of losing/gaining/losing/gaining is rough.
