    How rejection letters should look.

Principally, despite the enthusiasm with which you delivered it, your presentation of a workplace culture in which employees would be expected to stay “until the work is done” reveals a managerial failure in employing sufficient staff to perform the work, which in turn draws into sharp question your competence in other areas of management.
