Cheap and reliable satellite communication – that they don't have en masse – is the only thing holding them back from real-time-controlled classic-weight-class cruise missile volleys.
Although they are experimenting with going around that limitation via mesh networks on cheaper munitions. And building their own constellations too (Rassvet).Weakness is invitation for revanchists.

@KanaMauna @sundogplanets @f4grx I too wish to look at the sky again and not see 100500 LEO satellites, but right now they are a significant factor in reducing the amount of death we're having here "in the east".
