Pittsburgh by night: Union Trust Building. Built in 1915-1916 by Henry Clay Frick. Frick was Andrew Carnegie’s instrument and as such ordered the violent repression of the Homestead Strike (1892). Along with Carnegie, Frick was one of the founding members of the gentlemen’s club whose negligence was responsible for the Johnstown Flood (1889).

Looking up at an ornately decorated office building at night. This is the Union Trust Building in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
