A weird pattern that needs to be studies by psychologists:

Some folks, when they start using LLMs get into what I would call “manic state” and build tooons of stuff, frameworks, apps that use the framework and such. And then when they try to communicate to others what they build, only speak in half sentences or language only them and their LLM can understand anymore. Further isolating them from everyone because “nobody understands the genius of what I am building”.

And then everyone who looks at that output sees it as what it is: garbage.

Parks and Recs “i made a stop motion movie” comes to mind here as an example.

I have no idea how to help those folks sadly 😢.

I am not saying that everything that people build with AI is garbage. But some folks are put into a weird mental state with it.

@bitboxer I suspect the dopamine rush of feeling like they’ve achieved something occurring at a much higher frequency than it usually would does weird things to some peoples brains

It can't be healthy. Our bodies and the organs within need off-time to regenerate in order to stay in shape. Especially our brains. A good work-life balance is an absolute must for a long and prosperous life.
