📦️ urllib3 2.8.0 is now available!

This release fixes three vulnerabilities (two high, one medium severity) and adds security hardening, including work from @trailofbits's Patch the Planet initiative.

Also included: faster decoding of streamed responses, new authentication helpers, and bug fixes. Our first immutable GitHub release!

CVE IDs were pending at release due to a backlog at GitHub's CNA.
