Seeing some only recently start thinking about how a cluster of #AI agents with shared resources and “prompts”/“goals” might lead to some kind of intelligence beyond the stochastic parrot thing (no doubt prompted by the hugging face thing)

For me, this isn’t surprising (and anti-AI people need to move on to the big hard problems here).

I found myself with a dumb little thought that’s maybe worth sharing:

No one invented (or will invent) AGI.

Capitalism has invented AGI.

It doesn’t belong to a person, it belongs to a system. Its body is an economy, its ecosystem is LinkedIn.

The house of tech lords have their dragons and we’re now stuck in a neo feudal landscape.
