Hear hear!

Superannoyed to lay down your argument as best as one can, and then be told/ridiculed¹ it wasn't good enough due to wrong geographic preference ("rubbish" instead of "trash", etc).

After spending countless hours to learn English to communicate with you, one could at least spend a minute to figure out what "rubbish" might mean in context. Or politely ask clarification.
