From The Intercept:
"FEDERAL AGENTS LEFT BEHIND “DEATH CARDS” AFTER CAPTURING IMMIGRANTS
ICE agents dropped customized ace of spades playing cards, recalling a practice by U.S. soldiers during the Vietnam War."
And we all know how Vietnam Nam ended! #ICE #VietNam #deathcards
@sheilasmall
Who exactly did they think was going to be spooked by the cards? Probably 1/3rd of the population has attire or even tattoos with ace of spades motifs. Waste of money.
@Nazani Good point! Come to think of it, not just the death cards but DHS and its entire team is a waste of money!
@sheilasmall It certainly is. Depleting the US treasury seems to be a prime objective. Soon the Feds will be able to honestly say "We can't afford to help you with healthcare, disasrer recovery, etc." And then? We all become serfs dependant on regional techlords?
