I went grocery shopping today and I used self checkout. The voice from the Cash register was very demanding. This got me thinking. The real danger of AI is that we "trained" it to be a jerk.
The way tech-bros push it on us reenforces that danger. We will blame AI. But software engineers and tech-bros will kill most of us.
Now all we have to do for the era of the Terminator is for drunk Pete Hegseth to give the wrong order to AI.
