- laying off a colleague to move a project to India which per contract with the customer has to be operated from Germany
- denying my request for a new laptop as my 5yo shitbox is falling apart and choking under all the corporate spyware
- announcing yet another new team leader (#5 in 4 years)

I have a certain feeling I won't be handing out 5 stars this time..
