What are you all using to keep dotfiles in sync between machines these days? Seems like everyone has their own system and I'm curious what actually stuck for you

Went down a YouTube rabbit hole after a young busker in Phuket and came out the other side with a new favorite band. Wrote about Nene Royal and The Warning

Hey Fosstodon, I've been away for a while but I'm coming back. Missed this place. Still tinkering with Linux and building little tools, so expect some of that again. How have you all been?

A quick peek at my Fastmail terminal app.

@dave never mind, I think I got it sorted

@dave I'm building a desktop Linux podcast app that is 100% podcasting 2.0, I'm trying to wrap my head around pulling a top v4v podcast list? Is there a specific call for this or do I have to put something together? I'm code illiterate, so a call would be nice..lol

Where does everyone stand on #Gnome vs #KDE? It's hard to focus on building things for Linux due to everything looking out of place depending on your desktop. It may be best to use things that are out of boths realm.
