TDD, SDD, DDD, <whatever>DD — each can be useful for a specific task.
But no single “driven” approach can guide an entire product on its own. Different tasks, constraints, resources, and timelines will break any rigid process eventually.
The real and only driver is CSDD: Common Sense Driven Development. 🙂

git fetch origin main:main && git rebase main && git push --force-with-lease
```
This:
• updates your local main
• rebases your current branch onto it
• safely force-pushes the updated history
Compact, explicit, and avoids drifting main locally.
A small Git tip I hadn’t used before 👇🏻
If you want to update your local `main` while staying on another branch:

git fetch origin main:main
```
This keeps your local `main` in sync without switching branches—handy when rebasing and you don’t want to rely on `origin/main` or forget to update later 👍🏻

The real craft now is judgment, design, and stewardship.

AI coding isn’t the enemy of open source — it’s probably one of its biggest opportunities.
Yes, we’ll see more tiny, half-useful projects. But honestly, when did noise ever stop OSS from working?
What does change is that experienced developers can burn out less and contribute features faster. That’s a win. If AI users rely on OSS indirectly — fine. Let them send patches the same way.

Multi-repo workspace management (git submodules) just got smoother:
- `wok switch` now follows the umbrella branch’s wok.toml
- New -b shorthand for `wok switch --branch`
- `wok update` fixed for detached submodules

I wrote a piece arguing that PHP kind of punishes you for writing good code — yes, a spicy take, but someone had to say it.
If you’ve ever tried to be “responsible” in PHP and ended up feeling like the language was quietly judging you, you’ll get where I’m coming from. Rust and Python show up mainly as contrast… and maybe as a gentle tease.

What about a Tauri-based helper + a Firefox extension that wraps a PWA into a desktop app in one step? Hosting stays light: the PWA is cached; relays/self-hosted instances can serve the client.
