AI could never

The "problem" in the end was so fucking stupid (rather: me being fucking stupid), I'll share some details later when I've gotten over the frustration of not seeing it immediately :abloblamp:

Okay, "fixed" (aka: managed a workaround that works for now)

https://ti-kallisti.com/
and
https://souporsandwich.org/
are up and running again
(and so is my entire private infrastructure)

(Boosts greatly appreciated)

Bit of a shot in the dark but: I'm looking for a new job.
Either full-time Red-/Purple-Teaming or a full-time position where I split my time between Pentesting and Red-/Purple-Teaming.
I'd also be up for a Malware Development position, if anyone is hiring that.

I'm open to work in-person/hybrid, but that would have to be in the Berlin/Brandenburg area in Germany (I'm told my German is really good, if that's a criteria). Fully remote works, too.

I started as a software developer (freelance and employed), then went into vulnerability management, then vulnerability research and then pentesting. Currently I'm a Senior Consultant splitting my time between Pentesting, Red-Teaming, Purple-Teaming and (sometimes) Incident Response.

I understand that this is a niche job within a niche industry during a difficult time on the labor market, that's why I'm grateful for any hints being thrown my way.

If talking to computers is bad, then I don't know what level of bad this is at

Bear fruit?

Are there different subtypes, like black fruit, brown fruit, grizzly fruit and polar fruit?

New blog post!

Been wanting to write about this for a bit, but procrastination is one of the skills I'm proficient in.
When I saw #neverslop this week, however, I finally decided to go through with it.

Now, I'm no artist. Hell, I'm not even creative. So I want to contribute to the "movement" in a way that I can:
Reporting from the field. To tell about what happens when companies decide to let "AI" generate their code for them and use the resulting slop in production.
This is one such story.

Kinda annoyed that people who don't know the first thing about how computers work can make a living tending to them.

No wonder computers are so hostile to humans these days.

Not that the more tangible pressure doesn't help.

But it still needs managers providing budget, leads making the right decisions and skilled workers actually doing the work.

You cannot regulate your way to proper cybersecurity.
