Very simple experiment: writing a minimal and simple kernel in #swift

https://carette.xyz/posts/minimal_swift_kernel_on_qemu/

I start to look for someone to draw me 1 bit assets (2D / 3D) for my #playdate game, for October / November.

I am not rich (at all), but of course I will pay for it.
#noai , human made only.

So, if you are looking for a tiny contract, then please contact me (with a portfolio if you have one)!

A very interesting thread how AI-generated creates very aseptic things, and the decline of Art in code.

Funny that learnopengl.com is at the top of tech news today!

Very funny also to see people debating about how OpenGL is useful or useless today…
But there is no debate: OpenGL is still used in a ton of games today, released each day!

Vulkan is neither a failure or a successor, it is another abstraction, which is a totally different beast than OpenGL.

DirectX is (unfortunately) superior in terms of presence in games today, but OpenGL is very close as a second winner.
