"Here's some backstory on the mechinterp people's origins researched by ChatGPT (not that little bitch Claude)"

“It was the freshest move I’ve ever seen; it was like he was floatin’ on air. I’ve never seen anythin’ like it in me life.” https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=m97WlpsuU74

Also, Rockwell's "Somebody's Always Watching Me" is anxiety pop for sure. "I'm afraid to wash my HAIH!" @jk

… because whatever it used to cost, I’m pretty sure we can’t afford it any more.

CORE MEMORIES UNLOCKED

Here is a side-by-side of the sim and my actual cockpit photo of the Alaska 737 it was based on parked in the same place (Alaska Maintenance Hangar at SeaTac).

I am very proud of my 3d printed closet plane

If you're looking for "critical piece of internet infrastructure that gets virtually no attention or financial support", take a gander at https://nwtime.org/donate/ -- I just donated what I could.

comparing these numbers with the first gilded age, how many robber barons were there? Specifically compare this statement with the conditions at the peak of the first gilded age: “The bottom half of billionaires controls about $3T, or ~14% of billionaire wealth. The top 10% controls about $11.6T, or ~53%. The top 1% alone controls about $5.2T”

No one should own a billion of anything.

Oh, you wanted unpopular? Let me show you what that word actually means.
