I do present an early version of the idea, it does use DotNet with an minimal API and a Blazor frontend. As you can see I'm not very good in writing a frontend, but that's fine.

Not sure what's happening but somehow it seems like the gamedev.place instance is not fully syncing with loops.video just yet.

Might take a while until the instances communicate correctly with each other. I will check this again at the end of the week.

I just logged in to my account to take a look. As I do not have much time to look around I only verified my login and checked the general page structure.

Still waiting for the browser UI of the "loops" service. Seems like the focus is still on Pixelfed, which is totally fine.

Just did shot a awesome photo yesterday. Not sure at which time but it was close to the sunset.

Seems like the angle between the sun, cloud and my point of view did allow me to see the refraction forming a rainbow inside the cloud.

Never seen something like that.

Just got interested in Vintage Story once more. I set the goal once again to do the story as I stopped playing in winter I currently do some other projects.

I prepare a bigger farm for building a boot also I did start building that exact boot but linen are missing ...

Just found my first Firefox bug which was reproducible.

To solve the issue I need to restart the machine and everything works again. I know there is a time based lock but that should not be triggered as I never entered it incorrectly.

Any idea what could cause that?

It's no big deal but still annoying.

There is a thing which does confuse me. Sometimes if I run 'yay' on my arch installation to update all packages entering my password does not work.
I double checked if some modifier key is active by writing it to the console and it is correct. Still I cannot enter the password correctly.

Currently I do try to use a RSS reader once again.

Somehow I do start this experiment every year or two trying to fetch multiple sources. Everytime I did this in the past I gave up after a week or so.

This time I do use Twine as an app and I do like the UI maybe that's a reason to keep using it.

Any tips for using an RSS reader?

I think I did implement everything in my ricing of hyprland I did plan.

I did add a suspend button and some controls for wifi and bluethoot base on 'nmtui' and 'bluetui'. I did also style wofi and improved my hyprlock style.

It feels great to use such a custom desktop environment.

I just started to add Hyprland to my Linux Notebook. That is a lot of tooling and customizing involved to get it working.

But after around 5 hours I think most stuff I do want is there and working. Now I just do search for an Conky alternative to list my system information to the background.

Last step is ricing, this will be fun without any css knowledge 😂

Is it just me or did the number of interactions on Mastodon go down?

Since two or three weeks I get much less interaction with posts, there is a huge chance that my posts are just boring but before that the interaction was noticeable higher.

I started to implement some turrets for my current game idea yesterday. I did complete my experimental phase to check out the navigation mesh and tile map.

Now I start to get one part of the game loop into a working state. The turret does attack the Godot icon based on a threat algorithm (lowest hp, closest, ...) and deals damage to it based on some entity stats and stat modifier.

As an example let's take an easy action: Random card

This will check if there are cards in the play area, if this is the case a random one will be revealed.

Matching card is more complex. To be able to run, there must be a revealed card in the play area. Also there must the second matching card in memory since it want's to complete a set.

If both is true it will select the card matching the already revealed one, scoring a point.
