Back to the quilt. This thing has had me in tears, frustrated and completely puzzled. Having hardly any sleep for three nights and severe lack of food is messing with my concentration massively. But I figured out where I was going wrong and learnt some valuable and frustrating lessons. ~12 mg (~0.12 mL; 100 mg/mL) of estradiol undecylate (EUn) injected intramuscularly into the vastus lateralis in our left thigh manually for a change, albeit using the standard 25 mm 25G TotalDose low dead space needles we've been using for yonks 💉
Since our increasing dexterity issues have been impacting our ability to use our Union Medico auto-stabber, we figured today was as good a time as any to ensure we could still do still do injections manually okay.
The outcome is yes: we very much can :SmugRelievedFace:
Anyways, we're still mulling over next steps, 'cos our health ain't gonna get any better 😅

Meds for Emily are sorted for another month which is the main thing. Just got to get to Friday (on zero ££ in the bank) and then I can get food shopping 🎉🎉. Not had to ration food for myself like this in a good while, it’s been hard to get used to again.

On a less-fun note, we're starting to realise that we will need to find a new injection device or method at some point in the nearish future, as whatever connective tissue disorder we have is continuing to muck up our hand dexterity and is slowly making it more difficult to do injections.
It would help if the NHS would actually look into that, but it is likely a variant of HSD (P-HSD), which is very difficult to get diagnosed through the NHS 🙃
