Received an email from Dutch Amazon style seller bol.com, asking me how well my purchase went.

Trouble is, they haven't delivered it. They've emailed me twice to tell me how sorry they are that it isnt here yet, but ... Nothing.

I didn't check if it was third party, I guess. I answered honestly.
