@1000millimeter @isotopp We were getting disappointing applications for a while. In a conversation with HR they asked if I wanted them to send me everything. Until then, I didn't know they weren't.

Immediately solved the problem. Makes sense. They don't know how to do my job, why would they be qualified to screen applicants?

It was stupid stuff too. For example, we mentioned LDAP authentication in the req. Candidate doesn't mention LDAP but does mention NIS. HR bins it. I know better.
