If you’re near Stennis / New Orleans today #NASA is conducting a hot fire of an RS-25 #rocket engine as part of certification testing for the SLS (Space Launch System) rockets. Could be loud! 🚀

I know I’ve shared some cryptid-quality cell phone vids of the bobcats/kittens who occasionally visit behind my house, but have I shared my favourite pictures I’ve taken with my actually decent camera? #Wildyard #BogLife #Catstodon

Uhm. Halazia??

Oh another #KpopMonday #InTheShadows
Ateez “new world” performance!
One of my favs to be honest (up there with Wake Up and Halazia and Guerrilla).

Cw flashing lights.

Ahhh ATEEZ is targeting me. Do I see right that the photos for Golden Hour 6 were taken when Seonghwa had the PLUM HAIR?! Plus, SanHwa and YunWoo units? And then just let’s throw the 2027 World Tour announcement too and it includes North America (cities tbd) but if that fails there is a London date so maybe I can coordinate work again like I did for Hyde Park…

Whats the best way to be ready to get tickets? Never gotten concert ones before.

Myotis is Migrating!

If you got a follow request from me please accept :) Also I don't know how to get my followers pipped over, that doesn't seem to be an option? Bit of a luddite here. (Edit: it seems that occurs when I pipe the old account to this one. I don't want to do that quite yet though, so people have a chance to see!)

Also does anyone know how to transfer filters? It seems to be a thing, yet, I don't see it in the export window. (Edit: well I just manually re-made my filters)

Evil birds, evil cats, and an Owl Boss.

Shoutout to whoever placed this sticker on the pumps here at my rural conservative filling station.

Getting the timing of the pic with the display text legit makes this one of my new favourite shots.

Krummi gav mig en stor och fin märkesnål.

* There are always a couple of non-releasable geriBatric and non-flighted batties that are well cared for indefinitely, but they’re no longer considered “patients”.

(The rules for this vary drastically by state/country. Also I love them but bats would make terrible “pets” so this should never be a goal!)

I can post this now that the “don’t jinx it” moratorium has passed.

From Monday night when I released a small group of bats until about 2pm today, I had my first 42 hours with zero* clinical/rehab patients in my house since I took in my first patient on 24 December 2025. 😅

Ever wonder why you never see me and @catsalad in the same place at the same time? :thaenkin: #BatSalad

Happy #Baturday! TaDa! Tadarida brasiliensis that is.

This is one of the little free-tailed bats I have in care. He’s working on his audition to play Baby in a Dirty Dancing reboot. 10/10 no notes. #BatsInBlankets

Happy #Baturday-Eve!

This little one was giving me the business last night 🤣
