I don’t know if it’s the HRT or the GLP1 to blame but I felt crappy last night so went to bed early with a really dodgy stomach.
Woke up exhausted, decided some electrolytes would help. Balanced my breakfast on the cup.
Got all the way to the top of the stairs and spilled my porridge all over the landing.
So fatigued I had to sit down and have a little cry before gathering the energy to clean it up.
I want to go back to bed but I have a lesson in an hour or so.
