Just heard somebody described as the “shadow welfare spokesman” on BBCR4 saying that some people should not get full universal credit. If you reduce universal credit any further people will starve. It is barely enough to eat and certainly insufficient to cook or heat your house. It gives you just enough for food - nothing more.

If it is reduced, people will starve to death.

Israel continues to pick off random civilians with the abandon of those who place no value on human life.
It would appear that the Israelis and especially the IDF are completely desensitised to suffering and death.

It’s like a game to them.
But played with real people’s lives.

So it appears that UK citizens applying for a passport have to state whether they have another country’s passport as well, as many do. But now the UK government is endorsing that information in the passport, creating two classes of citizens. Pure British, and not quite pure..
One can only imagine what objective there is in putting this information in your passport. I will certainly make getting into some countries much more interesting.
