I can't change my icon! There's no camera image when I edit my profile. Frustrating!

EDIT: I couldn't change it with any browser on my desktop, but I WAS able to change it from my phone using Pachli.

The USA and Israel should be placed under absolute interdiction by the rest of the world. No trade, no communication, no tourism, no interaction of any kind.

And KEEP it under interdiction until the capitalist class is destroyed.

I have an opinion which I do not share here (or with anyone other than my son, actually). Why? Because I'm reasonably certain that I will be cancelled by a lot of people for having that opinion.

It's not a racist or sexist opinion. But it's one of those hot-button issues that gets people enraged. So...I don't discuss it.

But I have it nonetheless.

If I were more of a carpenter I'd build a guillotine with Musk's name on it.

And then one for Bezos. And Gates. And Zuckerberg. Peter Thiel. Every billionaire. And all their servants.

That's too many guillotines. Lucky they're reusable! I'm sure they won't mind sharing.

I don't know who made this, but I approve of it.

Donald Trump is preemptively suing to block certification of the Senate election in Alaska •if the Democrat candidate beats Republican Dan Sullivan•.

His reasoning? Voters might be confused by the presence of ANOTHER Dan Sullivan on the ticket.

The logic is...unique. As far as I know, there's no legal precedent at all.

I imagine I'm being tracked by Robert Kraft's Israeli spy ring in Gillette Stadium now.

Jane: Iran is the world's largest state sponsor of terrorism, and a nuclear Iran is exactly the kind of threat that pulls Americans into wars we can't avoid. Holding Iran in check now, alongside Israel and other partners, is what keeps that wider conflict from reaching our shores. Israel shares intelligence and defense capabilities with us that directly strengthen American security, which is why the partnership matters regardless of how the region shifts.

Quasit: Israel is known to have many nuclear weapons, and their Samson option is intended to bring about a full thermonuclear exchange. I worry more about the US and Israel's nuclear weapons than about the possibility of Iran acquiring them despite their former leader's fatwa. A leader who was murdered by the US and israel.

[Jane has not responded for quite some time now.]

I got a text from a stranger today. I've changed the names:

Jane: Hi, it's Jane. We're gathering Americans' thoughts on the U.S.-Israel relationship. Open to a quick chat? Stop2End

Quasit: What organization are you with?

Jane: I'm volunteering with Stand Together for Truth - we're a supporter group focused on correcting misinformation and sharing accurate information about Israel and the Middle East.

[I immediately looked up "Stand Together for Truth" and found that it's a pro-Israel group started by Charles Koch.]

Jane: The United States and Israel are seeking to hold Iran in check. Iran is the world's largest sponsor of terrorism, and if it is allowed to pursue a nuclear weapon, it could drag the region into wider conflict and put Americans at greater risk.

Do you think confronting Iran now actually helps America avoid a bigger war later, or do you worry it's the opposite?

Quasit: I don't agree with your assumptions.

If the DNC wants me to vote for one of their shitlib genocide-supporting candidates, they're going to have to have a gun pointed at my head at the polls.

Is it just me, or does Trump have a •remarkable• resemblance to John Tenniel's illustrations of the Duchess in "Alice In Wonderland"?

It's such a beautiful world.

Why are the oligarchs destroying it?

Does anyone else out there listen much to AM radio?

So sick of "No Kings". It disgusts me that so many people fall for it. It's run by the DNC and channels the real resentment of the people into supporting the oligarchs. No impeachment, no halt to the genocide in Gaza, no calls for a general strike, every event held on a Saturday to make sure that the economic impact is minimal.

Just how stupid ARE these people?

#Politics #NoKings

"Just wait," they say. "Vote. The Democrats will win and everything will go back to normal."

But the Democrats' "normal" is what GOT us here!

Here's the reply I wrote to the person who hate mailed me and then blocked me. A Vote Blue No Matter Who type, I suspect.
