That said, you should still avoid signing arbitration clauses if you can help it, and you should still pressure your lawmakers to make forced arbitration illegal.

And by the way, I can't help noticing that this particular instance of forced arbitration will not only shield the newspaper from defamation claims, but also stop people from collecting evidence of said defamation (i.e. downloading the article) *without* agreeing to unfair arbitration. Fiendish.
