We are happy to announce that the Call for Participation for LGM 2027 (May 5–8 in Linz, Austria) is now open!

As every year we are looking for:
Talks, presentations, workshops, BoF sessions and slides for the state of the libre graphics session.

In addition to this we also want to highlight three new items in this year's programme:

- We are planning an evening with performances (A/V, live coding, etc.) for which we invite you to submit your proposals

- We are also looking for short film entries (up to 20mins length), as we will be doing a film screening – tell all your free software filmmaker friends!

- Last but not least there will be a big, comfy space at our venue right next to the talks where you can present other artworks like prints, books, installations, etc. – provided that setup is easily and pragmatically possible (see the details in the call)

Thank you so much to all the people who have already helped out to write and set up the CfP, the website and preliminary graphics, and who are volunteering to add very cool additions like the performance night and film screening to the upcoming LGM 2027.
