More than 1,200 rabbis, imams, pastors, Quakers and Buddhists are about to do something beautiful: stand outside polling places in 9 battleground states on Nov. 3, trained in de-escalation, with one mission.

As co-founder Barbara Williams-Skinner puts it, “People just need to be able to vote, unafraid.”

It’s a shame a democracy needs this at all, but with so many families worried about federal agents near the polls, these faith leaders are showing up. 👏
