@Gina Have applied as frontend dev at a leading employer in Germany, UK and US with lots of badges for "Be yourself", "Stretch your horizons" and "Develop your curiosity", explicitly advocating diversity and accessibility in the code.

In the process my solution was the most accessible code and according to the CTO nobody before came up with it.

I was rejected: 3 talks with 5 white dudes and one non-dude, who was observing silently.

Honestly? This company has no credibility to me anymore ...
