@packetcat you can get arrested in many countries for this sort of behaviour (even innocently filming civillian aircrafts as part of planespotting), its perfectly understandable when there have been recent wars in many countries (or even current ones), and on top of that you've got "auditor" types filming workers interacting with the public without their consent, usually to criticise what the worker is doing and they don't know that the intentions are of the person taking photos/videos..
