@luca "Single use software" is a good observation, also known as "throw-away code" (which never gets thrown away). Capers Jones has expressed excitement about slop, because of the "potential for reuse". I wonder if he's started measuring any slop coding efforts. I think he's going to change his mind. He should know better than to jump the measurement step.
