@WellsiteGeo @Illuminatus Actually, it was Japan. It was the bombing of Pearl Harbour that finally got the US into WWII.

IIRC, *Hitler* then declared war on the US, because he had a treaty with Japan.
After Pearl Harbour, there was no need for America to enter the European theatre any more than the sales they were already making. Which the German propaganda machine was trying hard to reduce.That would have made both wars a 1-front war (assuming Raj India could fight for itself as a 3rd war).
Between that, & Op.Barbarossa, no wonder the German generals put a bomb under his table.
