1. Amend the EU Blocking Statute
2. Guarantee access to payment accounts for businesses
3. Strengthen European sovereignty in banking and payments.
4. Develop alternative payment infrastructure independent of US.
5. Make SEPA QR payments available
6. Prevent EU supervisors from enforcing application of US sanctions lists.
