I'm fascinated by #PiDP11 software, looking forward to buy the proper hardware.
For now I built myself a case, modeled in #FreeCAD around STEP-files of a #RaspberryPi and a 7" HDMI display. The design is inspired by #DEC #VT100 terminals common in the late '70s.
The thing hangs on the door of a cabinet in my office, it will be degraded to a simple monitor as soon as I get the #PiDP case. It has a similar size and will hang at the same door.

For giggles I've put some of my MicroBenchies in a shop. 'Course, I mounted them on a merely small Benchy first and tucked that in a lasercut box:

Dutch police seize server with data from ‘terrorist organization’ after US request: ‘The long arm of Trump’
“The fear of the European internet sector is coming true: your servers are not safe for the US,” says Kathmann. ()‘Is the Netherlands legally obliged to U.S. legal assistance requests to seize servers?’ () ‘What mechanisms are there not to comply with the requests if they go against national and European legislation?’
OM had ‘no ground’ to refuse U.S. request seizure servers A/I
"The Public Prosecution Service in Amsterdam has responded with a brief statement to questions about the legal assistance request on the basis of which a server was seized earlier this week. According to the Public Prosecution Service, this was done on the basis of the Netherlands-US Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters."

3. Strengthen European sovereignty in banking and payments.
4. Develop alternative payment infrastructure independent of US.
5. Make SEPA QR payments available
6. Prevent EU supervisors from enforcing application of US sanctions lists.

"Dutch Cloud Community has major concerns about recent legal assistance to Trump administration
Dutch Cloud Community, as a representative of the Dutch cloud and internet sector, has great concerns about this. This order of steps appears to be a free pass for request requests from the US without judicial underpinnings or review."

The Trump regime continues its battle against collective communication infra that is not under corporate control.
Even after A/I dismantling they ordered the Dutch to seize a server in Amsterdam. Of course the NL police cooperated, completely unaware of the changed int'l relations.
What about #DigitalAutonomy? Or even the much proclaimed goal of #TechSovereignty ?
It appears to me that we must fight back and build our own collective infra. Nobody else is going to do it for you.
