essemmarressemmarr@mastodon.socialOct 12, 2026, 2:58 PM@siracusa ahhhh, was the gear thing! Edge to edge OFF and docked controls ON gives me what I want: no controls overlapping the content frame, and the controls are permanently visible. Thanks John!

@siracusa kinda utterly mystified why you can only access these under the gear on an open video, really feels like it should just be in the regular-assed settings window, tho

@essemmarr Looking at this new version, the UI has changed a lot since whatever version I was running before! Maybe growing pains…
