Oct 11, 2026, 6:53 PMHave you ever apologized in your life?
No you have not
Not like #YujiNishida after he hit a line judge by accident with a bad serve

Oct 11, 2026, 8:28 PM@benroyce Pls tell me this isn’t Ai because I wanna share it so bad

@farah not AI. The Guardian story covers it but if you search you can find plenty of other accounts and videos of the scene

@benroyce Sorry for doubting you. I am having knee jerk reactions to possible Ai creations lately

it's far worse if you don't
i just saw a cool koala video and then i thought... wait, koalas do *not* behave like that
This is our world now. It's terrible
And if you see me post some ai slop, tell me, i'll delete it. Happened to me a few months ago. I apologized and deleted

I cried I was being persecuted I denied I did anything wrong. And I claimed anyone accusing me of posting AI of working for AI companies

Adam van Sertimaadamvs1@mastodon.worldOct 12, 2026, 12:23 AM@benroyce As a Canadian, I’m deeply sorry that I have never apologized that committedly. This video will create a crisis of conscience across the Great North.

the good news is that the mode of apology shown above is just basically the same thing as the sport of curling. so it should be easy for canadians to pick up 🤭
