i don't want anyone to feel like i'm advertising to them, so i've mostly stopped telling friends about this stuff, at least in 1-on-1 conversations. plus it's exhausting to be creating so many IG stories, substack notes, linkedin posts etc (which i wouldn't do nearly as much if it weren't tied to my income); when i'm not online i revert to being rather introverted & sensitive.. which isn't compatible with hawking my wares... just saying
