@tayfonay When I get a request like this, I don’t just re-attached the documents. I go to my sent folder in Outlook, then drag the sent message out and attach IT to my reply. My message is perfectly polite, but the attachment says, “This is definitely a you problem.”

@maxleibman I'd normally do the same, but I went even bigger asshole and pointed out that the email where I sent the files was in the email chain below.
