1- to bring it to intended recipients
2- to induce recipients to come and fetch it.

We've all been turned into fetchers in the past few decades. Do we like that? Pass.

But I do know that "public institutions" hoping to conveniently disseminate their stuff in public places should perhaps get a guitar and a dog instead.
