Dear every software company:

STOP offering to provide a crappy AI summary/ podcast / etc. of my documents. Instead, turn your attention to fixing basic usability problems in your interface that make my life significantly more difficult than reading comprehension, which I have been able to do for quite some time.

What's that? You fired all the people who know how to do UI design and actual coding, and now all I get is slop features I don't want?
