    Went for a walk through Watergate Forest Park today. The lake was almost completely frozen over. Ducks making heroic skid landings on the ice. 🦢🦆❄️ #gateshead

    A small frozen lake with mixed woodland on the opposite shore. Nearby, a couple of swans and some ducks and other birds are standing on the ice. The near shore is a frozen muddy patch in the foreground.
