Haha yes. Extremely bleak. It seems that the AI people have found the most aggressively spreading scam and it's metastasizing at breakneck speed. The AI singularity is real, though not in a p(doom) sense, but a Baudrillardian postmodern sense. In like 10 years there will be only empty slop composed of symbols that once meant something in their long lost training data!
