After months of heavy droughts, many crops have been left dead which has threatened our efforts towards fighting hunger.
We have hope that with a reliable water source, we can grow crops, feed the need and support our community without having to worry about drought
We're raising funds to establish a permanent water source for our farming activities. With your support, we can make this happen.
Can we grow tomatoes without spraying them ? The answer is yes. We don't have to poison the soil, kill living organisms and degrade the soil in order to produce food. It's not too late for us to care more about nature than a high produce and more profits from farm produce . We're so proud of the tomatoes we harvested today which survived the heavy drought and diseases without having chemicals on them.

Today we had a tiresome but an amazing day that we spent in the garden preparing the soil for the our seedlings in the nursery bed. We make great things happen by joining hands to take action. With more crops in the garden , we have hope of having more empty stomachs filled. Any ideas on how you guys prepare you land over there for crop growing?

It has been seven days since we planted these seeds into the nursery bed. Watching small seeds turn into big plants is a very rewarding process that shows how nature rewards those that choose to take action. A few weeks from now, we shall have seedlings to donate to the farmers as well as plants in the field to feed to those in need .

Happy Monday to our mastodon family. After a devastating drought, there are some crops that remained standing when we had given up . This is not what we expected to come out our hard work but it has given us a huge reason to try again over and over. What is the biggest challenge that you have faced with gardening.

These pests started as a joke until they invaded most gardens in our community. It has destroyed countless cabbages of many farmers in our county. Has anyone over here come across these pests? If so how did you control them?

The rainfall has disappointed us . It has spent a month without raining in our community while destroying other people's crops in other communities. However, we're not giving up because we carry the hope of those who believe in us and those that depend on us. how do you handle such weather challenges over there?

Creating a hunger free society begins with training young children how to grow food. When we don't train children how to produce food, we shall raise a generation of people that depend on imported and synthetic foods. In today's training session, we have train children how to plant vtops such as tomatoes, bananas and onions.

Happy Sunday to all mastodon folks over here. Today nature has blessed us with these big mangoes from the tree we found already grown in our land as we were planting new crops. For anyone that has ever tasted a mango straight from the tree, you understand how amazing the experience is

Our crops stand firm in the soil today because we refused to accept the fate drought was bringing to them. Through hard work, we're coming to the final days at which drought is the deadliest.
However, we still hlld onto the promise we made to the needy and to everyone that believed us when we said we can make it.
To everyone that has supported us and is willing to support us, you're already making an impact in our society.
